XiJinDu Weekly Music Festival Week 24

 

 

The second last week of shows and this time it was the turn of two punk bands from Beijing. First up was Toss乐队. This is the second time I have shot Toss乐队 and they have matured to become a really good solid band. They rocked they cold crowd and got them moshing and going crazy.

 

 

 

 

 

Following Toss乐队, was another punk band, THEFLYX乐队. This was the first time I had shot them and they were a really solid band. They played well and the crowd loved them. Punk is slowly making a comeback in China, and there are many new punk bands in China recently.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Next week show will be the last show for this summer. There should be two very popular metal bands closing this season out, Die From Sorrow and Dark Haze. They should bring in a big crowd and as long as the weather is not bad, this will be a good ending to a long music season.
