Top 5 guitarist photos for 2015 in China

Now that winter has come to China, the outdoor music scene has come to an end for 2015. It is during this down time that I have each year, were  I reflect on my work and see what went right and wrong. During this process, I usually select what I consider to be my best work and critique it myself. Part of this process for me is selecting my top 5 photos for different shots I need to shoot for work. So now it is time for the top 5 guitarist shots in China for 2015.

Shooting guitarists is much easier than shooting drummers. You don’t need such a fast shutter speed like you do when you are shooting drummers so most of the shots were taken with an iso level between 2000 to 4000 and a shutter speed around 320. Technically these shots are easy to do, the hard part is getting the right moment to shoot. Sometimes I had the whole set to shoot while other times I only had 3 songs to shoot. Looking  at these shots, I am happy, all these photos sold well, and I had a great time shooting them. Next up with be the best lead singer photos. That should be up next week sometime.
